We appreciate payment at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  If there are financial difficulties or other circumstances, please do not hesitate to discuss them with the office manager, in complete confidentiality.  We will also gladly discuss fees for any service or procedure.

We accept and participate with many different insurance plans.  Please call our office to find out if we participate with your insurance.
